3553102 - Get the error message PAB838 "No output could be created as Output Control is not configured properly." when changing the Kanban status to "Empty"

When attempting to change the status of the Kanban container to "Empty", an error message is displayed: 'No output could be created as Output Control is not configured properly.'. (message number PAB838)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The error occurs due to incorrect configuration in the Output Parameter Determination for Summarized JIT Call. The channel is incorrectly set to PRINT instead of EDI.

Change the Channel to EDI and test again.
