3553148 - The Process Communication Error Which is Already Resolved is Still Visible in the Inbox Sub View

The user can still see a resolved Process Communication errors in the Open tasks of Inbox Sub View.

1. Go to Home Work Center.
2. Select the Work View.
3. Select the Inbox Sub View.

A new notification task about an already cleared process communication error is displayed.

A standard notification task is raised by the system to confirm if the process communication error is cleared or not.

To complete the notification and remove it from the worklist, the acknowledge action can be performed as follows:

1. Go to the Home Work Center.
2. Select the Work View.
3. Select the Inbox Sub View.
4. Select the Notification
5. Click Actions and acknowledge the notification.
