3553231 - Error "There are no postings. Cannot create Billing Document Request"

While trying to schedule a job in app "Generate intercompany billing request", error "There are no postings. Cannot create Billing Document Request" occurs though there are postings.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to app "Generate Intercompany Billing Request".
2. Choose New to schedule a job.
3. Fill in the parameters as required (note: an intercompany sales document is required).
4. Choose Schedule.
5. The job shows error "There are no postings. Cannot create Billing Document Request."

The standard behavior of generating intercompany billing request requires postings as described in SAP Help Portal: Generate Intercompany Billing Request (New Solution).

Posting should be made for billing to take place. Refer to the SAP Help Portal: Generate Intercompany Billing Request (New Solution) for the type of postings supported for intercompany billing. Add postings as detailed in scope item test script 4AU / 16T. If there are postings already made, then the GL accounts against which the postings are made should be mapped under the cost element group YBPS_BILLI. The GL accounts should not be revenue accounts.
