A test candidate is not initiated in Crossboarding.

An error encountered under the Business Process Tile for users associated with the SAP_ONB2_ErrorFlowAdmins group: "jobInfo: You cannot create a job information record without the hire record for user [USERID]. The first job information record must be the hire record."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate the crossboarding process for a test candidate.
2. Check the Business Process Tile for users associated with the SAP_ONB2_ErrorFlowAdmins group.
3. There is an error informing you cannot create a job information record without the hire record for user

The candidate's old profile in EC lacks previous job information. For the Crossboarding process, the system requires previous job information in the old profile to initiate the candidate in the Dashboard. The absence of this information is causing the issue.

Initiate crossboarding for a test candidate who has all the required employee information filled in their profile.

Best Practice: Complete the hire process for a candidate before initiating the crossboarding process.
