You are using pipeline flow and notice the error message 'Opportunity data retrieval encountered errors. Please contact support for further investigation' when clicking in one of the bars.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Intelligence Sales Execution work center.
2. Select the Pipeline Flow view.
3. Click in ABC (where ABC is one of the bars).
4. Message appears.

ISE views need at least 3 forecast categories - pipeline, best case and committed. You could use these standard delivered categories or define custom categories and map to these 3 categories. Perhaps you deleted one during your implementations.

You can use the 'Restore Defaults' option from 'Sales Forecast Categories' business configuration fine-tuning activity.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Open the Overview view.
3. Search for 'Sales Forecast Category' fine tuning activity.
4. Click in the 'maintain categories' hyperlink.
5. Click in the 'Restore Defaults' button.
