  • The issue prevents the addition of a new contract due to the inability to purge the existing user.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to purge a user using DRTM Master Data Purge in SuccessFactors.
  2. Observe the error message "DRTMMasterDataObjectType com.successfactors.sca.service.exception.ServiceUpdateFailedException".

Cause

This might be caused by some pending entry for the user trying to be purged.

Resolution

To resolve this, kindly raise an incident directed to LOD-SF-PLT-DRM.
