Symptom
One employee is not able to log in to the WorkForce Software application using LDAP. The employee likely changed their password recently, and have not been able to log in since that point. All other users can log in fine. This specific user can also log in to other programs using LDAP, only the WorkForce Software application is failing.
When looking at the logs, there are no errors being indicated when this person tries to log in.
