After downloading SAP shortcut file for a remote system connection(like under assignment block landscape or assignment transport management) in ChaRM document, open the file with a tool like notepad++ to display the content, the Name of [User] changes to another user which is not the current logon user.
Or When opening the SAP shortcut file, it is failed with error like 'partner xxx not reached'.
