Symptom
The customer is reporting slowness when trying to open a large number of Absence Leave Case Management (fka ACT) cases.
The case does not have an end date far in the future (Absence Leave Case Management case with end date far in the future is slow to open), and the current period is not far in the past (Absence Leave Case Management cases slow to open due to current period in the past).
In server_log.txt, it takes a long time (more than 1 second) to calculate each time sheet associated with the leave case. This can be reviewed per the analysis in Absence Leave Case Management Case Performance Review Through Server Logs.
