3553482 - Error "Database table is inconsistent due to missing fields" occurred in the upgrade phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE

Symptom

The error in the following pattern occurred in the upgrade phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE in SUM(Software Update Manager).

The table REPOSRC in the error message above was just an example. Similar errors were reported for almost all tales in the log file "DBCLONE*.<SID>".

Those tables were consistent if they were checked in SE11.
