3553491 - Incorrect Job Profile Displayed in Employee Profile When Using Custom Field and Job Code Mapping

When a combination of a custom field and Job Code is mapped to different roles, and for each role, a Job Profile is created, the correct Job Profile is not reflected for employees in Employee Profile .

1. Map a combination of custom field and Job Code to different Job Roles.
2. Create different Job Profiles mapped to each of the Roles.
3. Check the Employee Profile and observe that the correct Job Profile is not reflected as per the Job Role mapping.

This issue is a known limitation when a single Job Code is mapped to multiple Job Roles with a combination of the Job Code and a custom field. In this case, clicking the Job Profile link in the Admin Center > Employee Profile > User Info Block will display a random job profile for the job code.

This Job Profile link issue is a known limitation and is scheduled to be fixed by 1H 2025 Release.
