3553497 - Unable to Delete Stuck Import in the "Manage Prices - Sales" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When importing prices via the app "Manage Prices - Sales", one import gets stuck with status "in progress". Further imports have been successfully processed, but the import log with status "in progress" is unable to be cancelled or deleted.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import prices via the app "Manage Prices - Sales".
  2. Notice one import gets stuck with the status "in progress" after clicking the "Monitor Imports and Jobs" button.
  3. Unable to delete this import log with status "in progress".

Cause

Resolution

The logs are not designed to be able to manually deleted. They will be auto-deleted after 3 months.
