Symptom
- When you create a new user that has Authorization Type set as Standard, there are two ways to set the password:
- You can use the Send Password Change Email action on the User Detail screen to trigger an email to the new user. The email contains a link for the user to set their password.
- The user can access the application login page, enter their User ID, and click the Forgot password link. The user is sent an email with a link for the user to set their password.
- This KBA helps with resolution when user is not receiving the password reset email.
