3553698 - TCS calculation is not happening correctly in TCS LTC scenario

Symptom

  • TCS calculation is not happening correctly in SD invoices in TCS LTC scenario
  • Section 206c(9) of Income tax act, 1961 provides for the facility of NIL collection of tax or collection of tax at lower rate. Once the certificate is received by the collectee, the same should be submitted to the collector to collect TCS at nil rate or lower rate

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run app VF01
  2. Post billing document with TCS LTC scenario

Resolution

  1. Assign 364 Routine in "Alternative Condition Base Value" against JTC2 and JTC3 condition in SD pricing procedure in SSCUI - 101117.
  2. Maintain the configuration in SSCUI - 101906 without using BUPLA value.
  3. Maintain pricing type in copy control settings as redetermine taxes i.e. 'B' / 'G' in SSCUI - 102763.
  4. Classify JTCB, JTC2 and JTC3 condition type against SD pricing procedure and tax procedure - 0TXIN in SSCUI - 101934.

  5. Ensure that LTC/ NIL collection certificate details are maintained in customer master.
