3553796 - Remove "Invite to Apply" option from Action Menu in Application page

Is it possible to disable or hide the 'Invite to Apply' option from the Action Menu on the Application page?

There is no setting that allows you to switch on or switch off the 'Invite to Apply' option.
That option is part of the Late Stage Application feature, so it cannot be removed while keeping the Late Stage Application feature enabled.
