3553847 - Custom Field Value Not Flowing from Recruiting to Onboarding 1.0 - Recruiting Management

Symptom

After mapping a custom Recruiting field on Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup page, the field value is not appearing in Onboarding 1.0.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

The custom field is defined with the custom attribute equals FALSE on the source XML template.

Resolution

Ensure the custom field is correctly set up in the XML template. If not, the values will not be stored properly, leading to unexpected results.
