How to check the change history of Cost Rates?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the "Manage Cost Rates" apps (For Service/Plan/Actual), there is a feature to display the changes in the cost rates, by clicking the button 'Timeline'.

Note: The timeline cannot be displayed if any of the following has changed during the selected time range: Currency, Quantity (per), Activity unit.
