  • After uploading/downloading Microsoft Excel or Word document, the message error Standard document interface is not available Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION016 appears.
  • The record Office Integration(Error)(DD.MM.AA 00:00:00.000): Error: pManager->GetDocumentProxy() failed (hr = 0x80004002) can be found in the Office Integration SAP GUI session trace.
