The standard domain 'sapsf.cn' does not support DKIM signature.

When using the standard SuccessFactors email domains, configuring a DKIM key is not necessary. This requirement applies only when using a custom sender domain. Refer to the KBA 2688533 for details.

If the business needs to use a standard email domain with existing DKIM signatures configured by SAP, use 'successfactors.com' instead. 

In DC30/15 instances, it is possible to use either 'successfactors.com' or 'sapsf.cn' as the email sender domain.
