3554067 - Purchase Order Accrual is not reversed on the first day of next period - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Some Purchase Order Accruals are not reversed on the expected date.

Below is an example.

A Purchase Order (PO) (1200 EUR) with start date 01.01 and end date 12.31 is created.

Post Periodic Accrual posting on 01.31 with Rev. on First Day of Next Period:

01.31        -100

02.01          100

Post Periodic Accrual posting on 02.28 :

02.28        -200

03.01          200

…

Above is the expected behavior. However, sometimes, changes are made in PO start and end date, and accrual life start and end date was changed to 01.01 ~ 03.31.

Then accrual posting on March should be:

03.31        -1200

There will be no reverse posting on 04.01.

Additionally, for Purchase Order Item with only one Schedule Line Item, and corresponding Accrual Life Start and End Date is within one month, running Post Periodic Accrual will not generated reverse posting.
