3554067 - Purchase order accrual is not reversing on the first day of next period

Some purchase order accrual are not reversed as expected.

Below is an example.
Purchase order worth of 1200 EUR with start date 1.1 and end date 12.31 is created.
Accrual posting on Jan:
1.31        -100
2.1          100
Accrual posting on Feb:
2.28        -200
3.1          200
…
Above are the standard behavior. However, sometimes, changes are made in PO start and end date, which result in accrual life start and end date was changed to 1.1 ~ 3.31.
Then accrual posting on Mar should be:
3.31        -300
No reverse posting on 4.1, reversal will be posted together in 4.30.
Accrual posting on Apr:
4.30        +300
4.30        -400
Reversal on 1st day of next period is missing.
