3554205 - Incomplete Sales Orders Not Displayed in Monitor Recommendations for Sales Documents App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Sales order with incompletion recommendation is not displayed in the "Monitor Recommendations for Sales Documents" app, despite all the necessary steps have been done as per scope item 73P.

The root cause is that the recommendation function is triggered after the sales order has been created, and no changes have been made within the sales order after the recommendation function is triggered. As a result, the data of this sales order does not appear in the "Monitor Recommendations for Sales Document Completion" app. For newly created sales orders after the recommendation function is triggered, there will not be such issues.

1. Make some changes (could be any changes) to the sales order and save it.
2. Check again in the "Monitor Recommendations for Sales Document Completion" app.
