  • After posting a PO against a PR, available amount is higher, being PO amount less than the PR.
  • No amount returned to the budget when trying to close a PR that has a PO posted against, where the PO has less amount.
  • Need to understand how the PRs are reduced by the PO in PSM-FM depending on the unit of measure (UoM)
