3554331 - Unable to Select Country/Region in Manage Documents Tool in SAP SuccessFactors

When attempting to upload a company document in the Manage Documents tool, the Country/Region field does not display any selection for filtering the available options.

The expected behavior is that the options available will be suggested as I start typing:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Manage Documents.
2. Click the upload icon.
3. Attempt to type anything in the Country/Region field. The search does not autocomplete and does not display available options.

External name values are null for the language being used by the user. A mass update to add a translation can be performed:
