3554375 - "The SFTP connection failed" error occurs when scheduling Change Audit Report

• Scheduling a recurring change audit report to an SFTP results in the error: "The SFTP Connection Failed"
• The error message is displayed even after multiple attempts at different time intervals.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Schedule a recurring change audit job.
2. "The SFTP Connection Failed" error message appears.

Destination fields for the SFTP connection are not filled properly. This results in a connection failure.

When using your own SFTP with Integration Center, the necessary IP addresses must be added to the allow list. To find the required IP addresses, please refer to KBA 2395508. Additionally, verify that all SFTP connection fields are accurately configured by referring to the Help Guide: "Configuring SFTP Settings for a Recurring Change Audit Report".
