Example:

• A change in the Kit Description of a Kit Item was made.
• The new description is not reflected in the Kit Item List OWL.

Example

1. Navigate to Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Open the Kit Item List view.
3. Search for the Kit ID.
4. Observe that the Kit Description field still shows the old, outdated Kit Description.
5. Select Edit to open the Kit Item.
6. Here the new, updated Kit Description is displayed correctly.

The issue is caused by a database inconsistency.

Perform a dummy change in the Kit Description in the Kit Item List of the given example:

1. Navigate to Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Open the Kit Item List view.
3. Search for the Kit ID.
4. Select Edit to open the Kit Item.
5. As dummy change, add e.g. a character to the Kit Description and save.
6. Remove the added character and save again.
7. Return to the Kit Item List view.
8. The Overview should now show the correct new, updated Kit Description.
