3554561 - Unexpected Onboarding Activation Email Triggered for Existing Active User in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Symptom

  • An existing active user in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding received an unexpected onboarding activation email. The email was triggered from the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) production system.
  • Users in IAS target system and SAC target system are deleted by IPS job though there is no change for the user in source SuccessFactors system.
  • The users are recreated by next job.
