Symptom
- An existing active user in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding received an unexpected onboarding activation email. The email was triggered from the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) production system.
- Users in IAS target system and SAC target system are deleted by IPS job though there is no change for the user in source SuccessFactors system.
- The users are recreated by next job.
