Value to specify the Parameter 'ES_WHT_INCLUDE_OPEN_INVOICES'  to select open invoices in Withholding Tax Reporting.

Standard behavior.

Parameter 'ES_WHT_INCLUDE_OPEN_INVOICES' is a mandatory field.

1. If the value of 'ES_WHT_INCLUDE_OPEN_INVOICES' is set to 1, all open invoices will be considered while generating the report.
2. If the value is set to 0, open invoices will not be considered while generating the report.
