3554744 - Error when implementing SAP Note 3239482 due to master language

Symptom

During the implementation of SAP Note 3239482 the error "The UI language does not match the language of program FKKINV_ADJREQ (D/S)" is raised.
SAP Note 3241990 as a pre-requirement was already implemented and report "NOTE_3239482" was successfully started.
