3554828 - Offer Acceptance Notifications Sent Despite Pending eSignature for Internal Candidates - Recruiting Management

Offer accepted notifications will be sent out to Recruiting users even though the eSignature step is pending for Internal candidates.

1. As an internal candidate, proceed to the careers section.
2. Select "My Offers" and then click on "Accept & eSign".
3. You will be redirected to the DocuSign page.
4. Check the box that states "I agree to use electronic records and signatures" and then click "Continue".
5. Next, select the "other actions" dropdown menu and choose the "Finish later" option.
6. Despite the eSignature step being incomplete, the recruiting user will still receive a notification.

Expected behaviour

This is an expected behaviour. When internal candidates clicks on Accept & e-sign, offer status is set as accepted irrespective of DocuSign status and Recruiting users will be notified as Offer accepted
