3555085 - Work Zone Poll Widget Content Disappearance Issue

• When attempting to add a poll widget to a workspace in Work Zone, the content disappears upon scrolling down the list of polls.
• This issue prevents the visibility and selection of all available polls.

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Log onto Work Zone.
2. Navigate to a workspace.
3. Click the edit button.
4. Select 'add widget'.
5. Choose 'poll'.
6. Scroll down through the list of polls.
7. Observe that the content disappears, preventing the visibility and selection of all available polls.

The issue occurs when scrolling to the bottom of the list in the poll widget dialog. The system attempts to fetch more polls and replaces the list with new response data. If there are no more polls, the poll widget dialog displays blank.

1. A fix for this issue has been created and will be deployed on the 24th of January 2025.
2. Allow 24 hours after the fix date for this to be applied due to different time zones and data centers.
3. In the meantime, use the workaround of searching for the title in the search bar of the poll section before scrolling down. This allows the selection of the desired poll.
