3555123 - Candidate can be placed in either the Forwarded status or the Default/New status in Latest Applicant workbench with Late-Stage disabled - Recruiting Management

This article describes the issue with Forward to Requisition option with Latest Applicant Workbench when the Late-Stage application is disabled.

1. Go to the Candidate Workbench and Switch to the Latest Applicant Workbench.
2. Open an application.
3. Go to Forward to Requisition option and select a job requisition.
4. We see that the candidate can be placed in either the Forwarded status or the Default/New status. This shouldn’t be the expected behavior because Late-Stage Application is not enabled in the instance. 

When forwarding a candidate to a Job Requisition, after the Requisition search, there will only be two available statuses that the recruiter can place the candidate in, Forwarded status and the Default status. The option to place the candidate in the Forwarded status will come as standard configuration, however the Default status will require you to have Late-Stage application enabled.
