The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC):
- Data Locking is active. However, in the table of the story it looks like Data Locking status of the cell is open.
- If user tries to plan data, an error message pops up: "Data cannot be changed because they refer to one or more elements that lie outside the planning area of this version" and the locked data are shown.
