3555226 - Recommendation displaying duplicate training

The same course is displayed twice on users "suggested for me" page, one recommended by Learning Team, and other recommended by manager.

1. As manager, recommend item to user >
2. Receive warning: "Your recommendation wasn't sent to these users because they are already aware of this course or can't access it." >
3. Course is still recommended to the user, who now has duplicate items in their "suggested for me" tab.

The SAP Engineering Team confirmed that this is by design to ensure that the learner sees the admin recommendation and peer recommendation as separate cards. This is because learners might treat a recommendation from the admin separately as compared to that from a peer.
