3555275 - Submit button unavailable for SII Documents in Spain eDocument Cockpit app in S/4HANA Public Cloud

In SII Documents from Spain eDocument Cockpit app, 'submit' button is unavailable.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Access eDocument Cockpit
2. Click in Spain > SII Documents tab
3. No Submit button is available in action buttons bar

Standard Behavior. 

The 'Submit' action is not allowed in this process. Please, review actions below:

Allowed User Actions:

Perform one of the following actions for selected eDocuments:

• Change Status Manually: Press Change Status Manually This is only possible for edocuments with status Rejected.

Result: The systems sets the status of the edocument to the status it had before submitting it (either Created or Modification requested).

• Check eDocument: Choose Check eDocument. This is only possible for eDocuments in status Created, Modification requested or Not valid for lists. This action is useful after some changes to a source document.

Result: The system checks if the selected edocuments can be inserted in lists and updates their status if necessary. Additionally, if changing the invoice ID of some of source documents before including these in a list, it determines the new invoice ID indicated.

• Display source document: Choose Goto -> Source Document.

Result: The system opens the source document for the corresponding eDocument. Alternatively, access the source document by double clicking on the value in the eDocument Source Key column.

• Display eDocument history: Choose Goto -> History.

Result: The system opens a dialog showing all actions and statuses that the eDocument has already been through.

• Display application log: Choose Application Log.

Result: The system displays any errors that occurred during the eDocuments generation.

• Delete eDocument: Choose More... -> Delete eDocument.

Result: The system deletes the eDocument from the database; no changes happen to the source document. It's only possible to delete eDocuments that have not been submitted to the tax authorities yet and that are not included in a list yet.

• Edit Document: Choose More... -> Edit Document This is only possible for eDocuments which are already known by the Tax Authority and have status Registered with errors or Registered (when the edocument has been sent with wrong data and this has not been detected by the Tax Authority).

Result: Changes the eDocument status to Modification Requested
