3555290 - ALV Display Issue After Version Upgrade in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • After system upgrading to 2023FPS01, a discrepancy in the item name is observed when downloading a file from the ALV display screen using the File Output function in the toolbar.
  • The issue is identified in SAP_BASIS 758 0001 SAPK-75801INSAPBASIS SAP Basis Component.
  • Error message "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process" is encountered.
