This article provides a workaround to identify the Exact Job Requisition Field ID on the 'Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping' page.

Currently, only the field label is visible on the 'Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping' page. Here is a workaround to identify the exact Field ID for the field mapped.

1. Select the field from the dropdown if there is no selection yet.
2. Right-click on the dropdown field and select 'Inspect'.
   
   
   
3. This will open the browser developer tool on the right side. The element for the dropdown field will be automatically highlighted.
4. Click on the Expand/Collapse arrow to show the option values of the dropdown list. The option values are ordered alphabetically based on the field labels. 
   
   
   
5. Locate the option value which is indicated as "selected". The "option value=" is the exact Field ID in the Job Requisition template.
   
   Example: <option value="sfstd_jobLocation_obj" selected>Job Location</option>
