3555373 - Unable To Set Column Width As Per User Preference When Logged In Via Keytest User

You are making changes to column width on the OWL of a BO but the changes do not reflect and you end up with an error.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the any workcenter BO (Customer -> Accounts OWL in this case)
2. Drag and Increase column width as per preference.
3. you will get the below error.

Unable to adjust the column width based on user preferences. You are not authorized to save UI Personalization.

"Keytest" user is used to impersonate another user.

Hence, you cannot make any "Screen personalization (Adapt or Personalize mode)" for the respective keytest user. 

This is a Current System expected behavior.
