3555430 - Troubleshooting Error: ImageConverter cannot convert from (null) - Tricentis

Symptom

  • You are executing a TestCase from Tosca Commander and you are getting the error:
    "ImageConverter cannot convert from (null)"  in the ExecutionList

  • Or you are executing a TestEvent in DEX with AOS and in the Dex Monitor, the TestEvent fails with the error
    "Automation objects could not be created: Error executing task. System NotSupportedException- ImageConverter cannot convert from (null)"
