3555438 - Record type '7' appearing in Payroll ACH files with supplement "PPD"

Symptom

The user creates a Payroll DME file of format 'ACH' with supplement type 'PPD'.
However, they notice that the ACH files now contain a record of type '7', this line was not present in the past files that were created.
