3555444 - Issue with Importing Benefits Confirmation Statement in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

While importing the "benefits confirmation statement" from the SuccessStore all the Import records are failing.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Import and Export Data
2. Select Import and Navigate to the SuccessStore
3. Attempt to import the "benefits confirmation statement"
4. Navigate to the Manage scheduled jobs and observe the records failing with below errors
   • "You are not allowed to enter the value for the field mappingDocumentId with the type Auto Number in the object MappingDocument to prevent data corruption. The value for this field type is always set by the system."
   • "You are not allowed to enter the value for the field externalCode with the type Auto Number in the object MappingToken to prevent data corruption. The value for this field type is always set by the system."

With an update done to Document Generation, the import is no longer successful.

Once you have the correct zip file template, you can import it with the steps below: 

1. Go to Import and Export Data
2. Select Import and upload the zip file

After importing the zip file, proceed with the steps mentioned on Benefit Confirmation Statement to configure your template as per your request.
