The "View Overall Ratings from Forms" permission is automatically assigned to some roles after the 2411 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to the Manage Permission Roles tool
2. See that several roles were updated on the day of the release
3. When comparing the differences via the role history, see that the "View Overall Ratings from Forms" permission was added

This was caused by the required migration in preparation for PPX enhancements.

As mentioned in the Full Profile of the Latest People Profile this permission is a prerequisite for the following portlets:

• Performance History 
• Trend Information

The permission was assigned automatically for the roles, that are permissioned for these portlets' legacy version.

Please note, that this permission is not used for any other feature or process apart from the mentioned portlets in the Latest People Profile.
