3555458 - "Create" option unavailable in Manage Workflow for Purchase Order app on Quality System in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Issue encountered with the "Manage Workflow for Purchase Order" app on the Quality system.
• The "Create" option, necessary for entering new purchase orders, is not available in this environment.
• The system that is supposed to display in the development system is being displayed, but it is not showing in the quality system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Manage Workflow for Purchase Order" app on the Quality system.
2. Attempt to create a new purchase order.
3. Observe that the "Create" option is not available.

• The workflows created via Manage Workflow Apps in the source system were already transported into the target system.
• Once transported, it is not possible anymore to maintain these workflows in the target system.
• The reason is that there can only be one leading source system, which is now the development/source system.

1. Maintain workflows via "Manage Workflows for..." Apps in the development/source system.
2. Transport the changes to the Quality or Production system.
3. Perform the necessary changes in the source system.
4. Transport the modified workflow to the production environment.
