3555520 - Error FCO_AVC_PS031 happens for WBS Element

Error occurs for WBS Element:

FCO_AVC_PS031

The WBS Element EXAMPLE doesn’t have a budget assigned to it in fiscal year 2024.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

 - The relevant budget is not maintained for the relevant WBS Element.

The budget maintained can cover the level below, but budget maintained for lower level WBS Element can't cover higher level WBS Element.

To confirm the budget maintained for certain level WBS Element, tab "Non-Aggregated Costs" should be checked in app Project Budget Report.
To confirm the posted costs, app "Projects - Actuals" can be used.

 - You may also meet the same error with app Manage Budget Documents (App ID F4172).

According to design, when you do budget transfer for certain WBS Element, system will check the whole project for each node for budget status. So the error may happens on a WBS Element which is not relevant to the transfer items.

Budget needs to be maintained for the relevant WBS Element.
