• During the 'rehire with new employment' process in Onboarding, the business email is automatically displayed in the New Hire Data Review step and cannot be removed.
• Is it possible to hide the business email but continue showing other information such as personal details and mobile phone number?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the Onboarding module.
2. Initiate the 'rehire with new employment' process.
3. Observe that during the NHDR step, the business email is automatically displayed and cannot be removed.

The system is designed to automatically display the business email in the New Hire Data Review step during the 'rehire with new employment' process. This functionality cannot be modified.

This is expected behaviour. The system is set up to show the business email automatically during the New Hire Data Review step, and this cannot be changed.
