3555547 - withdraw approval request fails due to error SLS_LORD018 on request delivery date in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • Sales document is 'in approval' status. When trying to withdraw approval request from workflow in VA03, it shows following messages:
    • Sales document cannot be saved (see log)
      Message no. V2703
    • Field 'Requested Deliv.Date' is mandatory
      Message no. SLS_LORD018
    • Flow control: Entry SAPMV45B,     , * , *   , *   , * is missing in T185
      Message no. V0102
