3555584 - Not able to download or find compat-sap-c++-13.so for RHEL 8

Symptom

NOTE: compat-sap-c++- packages are only available to Redhat customers with additional subscription of "Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP Solutions" or"Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP Applications". This KBA covers customers with subscription already but are still not able to download specific package compat-sap-c++-13 on RHEL8 situation.

On specific OS RHEL8, during SAP product installation, upgrade, kernel update, receive errors like:

"Cannot access required library '/opt/rh/SAP/lib64/compat-sap-c++-13.so': No such file or directory"

"/usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.32' not found (required by <application binary>)"

Followed note 3449186 - Linux: Running SAP applications compiled with GCC 13.x to try to resolve the dependency on compat-sap-c++-13.so:

"yum install compat-sap-c++-13 " returns error as below

No match for argument: compat-sap-c++-13
Error: Unable to find a match: compat-sap-c++-13
