3555703 - Application Error in Hirable Status in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

An application error is encountered when attempting to open candidate details in the "Hirable" status within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. This error specifically occurs during the initiation of the onboarding process. The issue has been observed across multiple instances following the H2 2024 release updates.

Error message: "Cannot invoke com.successfactors.rcmcommon.util.RCMCacheMgr.getJobReqBeanById(java.lang.Long, boolean) because this.rcmCacheMgr is null."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Proxy as a recruiter.
2. Navigate to Recruiting and check for a specific Req id.
3. Identify a candidate in the "Initiate Onboarding" status.
4. Upon clicking on the candidate, an application error is encountered.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (B2505).
