3555722 - Web Content Card does not load the embedded content: refused to connect

Symptom

I added a Web Content Card to my workspace, but the card does not load the embedded content. It displays a message error saying the URL refused to connect:

When checking HTTPWatch logs, I see the error net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
