3555737 - Error: "Approving this Milestone/Deliverable could cause the total Estimated Spend to exceed the Max Spend for this Statement of Work."

• As the SOW Owner, I cannot see the 'Approve' button when checking corresponding line item to approve it. Why are the 'Approve' and 'Reject' buttons not displaying on the line item?
• I can view the line item from my pending work items list, but only the 'Reject' option is available. However, when I try to bulk approve the line items by checking all the checkboxes, I can see both 'Approve' and 'Reject' buttons.
• The error: Approving this Milestone/Deliverable could cause the total Estimated Spend to exceed the Max Spend for this Statement of Work. Please revise the Statement of Work and change the Max Spend amount before approving this Milestone/Deliverable.is shown on the line item but yet I manage to approve the line item via work items list without any problems.
