Symptom

You would like to know the corresponding IP address ranges for the Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 (Cloud Native Stack) data centers for Outbound Traffic.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Cause

The IPs listed below can be used by you for allow list purposes if the integration is direct from Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 into the on-premise system or another cloud system. 

Resolution

The IP Range is based on the data center where it is hosted. 

Please Note:

  • All Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 URLs are AKAMAI enabled; therefore, the inbound IPs are dynamic.
  • The same IPs are applicable for both PROD and TEST system landscapes. Therefore, the Public IPs listed below, are valid for Production and Test systems.

All outbound requests (requests triggered from within the service mesh) to outside (Internet) are sent over NAT Gateway which has a dedicated public elastic IP associated with it, which later connects to a Firewall used to prevent connection to embargo countries.

Different from SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 1, on Version 2, the IPs are owned only by AWS.
